Accountant

Accountant (Ref: 341) Nicosia / Limassol We are looking for Accountants with a few years of solid and well-rounded Accounting experience under their belt for possible opportunities within PwC Cyprus client companies. Main responsibilities include the following: • Maintain proper books and records in a timely manner • Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner • Conduct bank/creditors reconciliation • Assist in budgeting and forecasting if required • Handle Tax and VAT matters • Liaise with external associates such as auditors, banks, etc. • Undertake any other relevant duty as assigned Profile of the ideal candidate • University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in accounting • Strong analytical skills coupled with attention to detail • Very good communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative • Computer literate (MS Office), with additional knowledge of an accounting software • Fluent in both Greek and English Apply now in strict confidence Apply now
