CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-established and highly respected providers of Corporate, Tax & Accounting Services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. This position would ideally suit a newly qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant seeking a new opportunity in the Accounting field. Full training will be given.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Executing payments and bank transfers on behalf of clients.
Preparation of Management Accounts and Financial Statements on behalf of clients.
Review of business and accounting transactions.
Provide Tax, VAT and compliance advice to clients as and when requested.
Banking duties, Banking Transfers and reconciliations.
Follow day to day operations as they arise.
Key Skills/Experience:
Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Recently completed ACCA/ACA, years of 2019, 2018 or 2017.
3+ years of in an Accounting/Audit role in a professional services firm.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
Familiar with accounting software; ideally Navision.
Excellent client service skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
