What your daily routine will look like:
Responsible for 1st line support for internal systems including VAS for customers.
To carry out other duties related to the IT Operations Department, such as system implementation, support and maintenance as directed by the Management in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of computer systems
Perform QA tests on internal systems before, during and after production deployments.
Provide solutions and recommendations for internal systems regarding improvements of efficiency, productivity and smooth operations of systems and services.
What profile the ideal candidate should have:
University Degree in a Computer Science field
Software development skills
Programming languages, RDBMS, Linux
Knowledge of operating systems Microsoft, Linux
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions
Attention to detail / accuracy
Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
Fluency in Greek and English is a must
