Job Description
Management of escalated issues, resolving issues outside of Operational Meetings in case of open, unresolved tickets
Internal coordination of configuration and content, forwarding to Configuration Experts and monitoring of in-time delivery
Offering new features and releases to Customers, try to get Customers to the latest version
Acceptance and canalisation of Customers' requirements, in-house tracking of open Customers' issues
Working together with Sales on a Customer strategy
SLA Management together with the Customer
Availability to travel to customer site in Athens is required; at least one week per month
Qualifications
Min. 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Structured and precise working method
Solution oriented and proactive approach
Ability to work in a team
Expertise in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Fluency in both written and spoken English
